TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION
APPLICATIONS
•It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the information you provide to the ACADEMY is true and accurate. •If it is discovered that your application contains material inaccuracies or fraudulent information, or that significant information has been omitted from your application form, ACADEMY may withdraw or amend your Offer, or terminate your registration at ACADEMY .according to the circumstances, without liability to you.
•The Offer the ACADEMY to you may be conditional or unconditional. If your Offer is conditional, the ACADEMY will set out the conditions which you will need to fulfil in order to be admitted onto your chosen programme.
•If you have not fulfilled the conditions of your Offer before the date notified to you in your Offer or any other date notified to you, the ACADEMY reserves the right to withdraw your Offer.
•You may be required, at the request of the ACADEMY , to provide satisfactory evidence of your qualifications before admission. Failure to provide such evidence to ACADEMY 's reasonable satisfaction may result in the termination of your Offer, the revocation of your registration as a student of the ACADEMY and the termination of the enrolment. You will not be entitled to a refund of any paid deposit in accordance with the ACADEMY 's Tuition Fee Policy.
CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT
•Your admission to the ACADEMY, attendance on a programme, and right to enjoy any of the privileges of membership of the ACADEMY, including access to services and facilities, is subject to you complying with the terms of ACADEMY and registering with the ACADEMY
•You must use all efforts to fulfil all the academic requirements of your programme in accordance with the terms of the ACADEMY Guidelines, including submission of programme work and other assignments, attendance at examinations and attendance at lectures, seminars and any other such teaching sessions provided by the ACADEMY.
•If you do not act in accordance with the ACADEMY regulations, or any of the documents referred to in it, the ACADEMY may take disciplinary action against you under ACADEMY 's
DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE
•By accepting an Offer you are confirming that you have no unspent criminal convictions (excluding motoring offences) that you have not previously declared through the application process. If this is not the case you must notify the ACADEMY via admission@aimsr.edu.in prior to enrolment so that the ACADEMY can consider whether such convictions are compatible with enrolment with the ACADEMY and, in particular, with a place on your programme.
FEES AND PAYMENT
As a prospective student you should be aware that you yourself are responsible for meeting your fees and any additional financial requirements related to your studies. You should begin to make the necessary financial arrangements now if you have not already done so. If a student does not pay full composite fees in accordance with ACADEMY regulations and such fees remain outstanding beyond the terms allowed for payment, the ACADEMY reserves the right to suspend the student's registration and to prevent registration for any other programme of study. For these purposes suspension shall entail the withdrawal of all educational services from the ACADEMY. In cases where any such debts remain unresolved the student will not receive her/his academic award until such time as the debts have been fully discharged by or on behalf of the student.
•By accepting an Offer you are confirming that you accept your responsibility to ensure your programme fees are paid in accordance with the published Tuition Fee Policy deadlines notified to students from time to time. You also agree to be bound by the ACADEMY ‘S regulations on the payment of fees, refunds in the event of withdrawal from your studies and the consequences of non-payment, as amended from time to time. These are set out in the Tuition Fee Policy.
•In the event that your programme fees have not been paid in full by their due date, the ACADEMY shall be entitled, but not bound to, refuse to permit you to continue on your programme of study and terminate the enrolment (without incurring any liability to you).
•The provision of a facility or service including accommodation may be subject to an additional charge (i.e. separate from programme fees). Where this is the case, we will make this clear in advance and payment for such service shall be made in accordance with any additional hostel rules and regulations specified by the University / Institute / College.
•The ACADEMY may pursue legal proceedings against you/or respective legal/local guardian if you are in debt to the ACADEMY. In addition, if you are in debt to the ACADEMY (whether for tuition or other fees) you will be recorded as a debtor of the ACADEMY in any references requested from the ACADEMY.

DELIVERY OF ADVERTISED PROGRAMMES AND SERVICES
The ACADEMY will use reasonable endeavours’ to deliver programme in accordance with the descriptions set out in the Offer Letter. However: •Due to the period between prospectus publication and registration, circumstances may change due to factors beyond the ACADEMY reasonable control and therefore it may sometimes be necessary to vary the terms or content of the programme or services described in the prospectus. The ACADEMY will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that changes are kept to a minimum, but if we are required to make any significant changes to the terms of the Offer or your programme (as described in your Offer and/or prospectus) before you register at the University / Institute / College, the ACADEMY shall bring these to your attention as soon as possible and if you reasonably believe that the proposed change will prejudicially affect you, you may either cancel the Offer of admission and withdraw from the programme without any liability to the ACADEMY for programme fees or transfer to such other programme (if any) as may be offered by the ACADEMY for which you are qualified;
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
•The applicability of the ACADEMY terms and regulations will commence from the date on which you accept your Offer of Admission. You have the right to cancel this Offer of Admission specifying the reason for cancellation of admission in specified format. •The cancellation period and your right to cancel the admission without liability will expire 2 days prior to the commencement of the academic session you have applied for. •To exercise your right to cancel, you may inform Admissions Office, ACADEMY in the specified format of your decision to cancel the Admission Offer. •If you cancel your admission in accordance with the above, the ACADEMY will reimburse to you the payments received from you. The ACADEMY will make the reimbursement in accordance with the timeline mentioned below. Reimbursement will be made by cheque in the name of the student, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; Norms for Refund of Fees : In Cases where Cancellation of Admission has been requested: If the request received with in 2 days. 40% of fee will be deducted towards Processing Fees and balance amount paid by student
GENERAL
These terms and conditions represent only part of the ACADEMY 's regulations. You should ensure that you read the ACADEMY 's general and other student rules & regulations book, as amended from time to time, which can be accessed by the following the notifications made on the ACADEMY website: www.avdreamacademy.com While every effort is made to contain costs and achieve economies, AIMSR specifically reserves the right to increase tuition or other fees without prior notice. The ACADEMY and School further reserve the right to advance the requirements regarding admission, to change the arrangement of courses, the requirements for graduation or degrees and other regulations affecting the student body. Such regulations may govern current and new students and will be effective whenever determined by the particular school involved or by general academy directive. It is the responsibility of the student to keep well-informed with respect to the regulations and requirements in the Handbook as well as separate policies and procedures established by other academy Offices which may affect the student. The admission offer letter is made on the assumption that student have provided the academy with all relevant information required to be considered fully and fairly. Should it subsequently come to light that the student withheld or misrepresented any material information, made any false statements during the application and selection process, or is unable to provide full documentary evidence of his/her qualifications when he/she start the programme, the academy reserves the right to revoke his/her admission or registration and enrolment as a student. The courts in Mumbai will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in relation to the Admission offer and/or enrolment with the academy and that in any such proceedings these terms and conditions and the regulations into which they are incorporated will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

I Understand and agree that misrepresentation or omission of facts will justify the denial of admission, the cancellation of admission or expulsion.
I understand that granting of admission will be at the sole authority and discretion of the academy.
